The pre- and post-communication element of any marketing activity is vital to our client's relationship building efforts.
The right communication - both in terms of process, method and content - encourages a priority relationship to say "yes" to an event invitation whilst increasing brand awareness. This dramatically impacts on the success of an event…an event is only as good as its audience.
We work with our clients to plan, deliver and manage these communications effectively, in turn supporting the relationship building task. Our support includes the following:
- Writing and producing communications, using print, online and video production
- Event invitation processes, including building and managing the invitation list, mail out, confirmations and follow up
- At-event and post-event communications, including creating background information on guests and ensuring all post event next steps are implemented
We worked with a FTSE 100 consumer goods company to manage the end-to-end global invitation process for their Global Sustainability Summit.
The Summit is held every two years to strengthen their relationships with owners and leaders of their most significant global customers and is attended by 150 guests.
We did the following:
- Worked alongside our client's regional teams to identify and create a prioritised and categorised Summit invitation list
- Designed and produced all invitation materials and pre-event communications including two Summit websites
- Managed the global invitation process and mail out
- Produced short and impactful videos that were used throughout the content agenda of the Summit
Results:
- A world-class guest list - made up of the most senior executives of our clients most significant customers, and balanced across industry and region
- An on-brand and sophisticated communications process throughout with every guest receiving stylish pre- and at-event materials
- Flawlessly managed travel and at-event logistics for every guest
